Circuit-Based Strength Training:
This exclusive session emphasizes strength movements across various stations around the studio. Engage with tools like kettlebells, Rogue equipment, bikes, and dumbbells in a dynamic, high-to-low-intensity circuit designed to build strength and endurance. You'll enjoy personalized space and guidance to optimize your workout.
High Energy HIIT with Refresh:
A community favorite, this class combines core strengthening with high-intensity interval training (HIIT), featuring energetic movement blocks, a comprehensive warm-up, and a refreshing cool-down stretch. Perfect for boosting stamina and overall fitness in a lively setting.
Train with the Coaches:
Typically offered during the 10 AM hour, this session provides a unique opportunity to work out alongside our expert coaches. With limited spots, you'll receive personalized modifications and advanced movement guidance. We focus on perfecting movement patterns and ensuring proper form, whether visualized through heavier weights or complex exercises. Rest assured, coaches are there to guide you every step of the way.
TRX and Strength Duo:
Combine the power of suspension training with traditional weights in this session that focuses on functional strength. Using TRX straps and various tools, you'll target multiple muscle groups for a comprehensive full-body workout.
Total Body Strength Session:
Build overall strength and muscular endurance through a well-rounded workout utilizing various tools such as dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises. Ideal for advancing your strength capabilities across the entire body in a supportive, exclusive environment.

WE offer a wide variety of session options. Private 1 on 1 with personalize programming, semi-private (2-3 people) with variations of skills provided in programming or small group session with general programming, however individual attention to regressions and progressions based on skill level. We are also experienced in virtual training and have provided services throughout covid-19, most group and session can include live and virtual attendees.
